Ms. Betty Clayton is an excellent real estate agent. She has a ‘Yes We Can” attitude and I wholeheartedly recommend her for your real estate needs. She walked me through a scary process in purchasing my first real estate investment property. She was with me every step of the way for the entire process. She provided me with property listings that I wouldn’t have looked for on my own and supplied me with the investment property that I eventually bought – a large 3-flat foreclosure on the south east side of Chicago. She helped me craft an offer that made the property a great deal for me. Her network of services also supplied me with an excellent and aggressive real estate attorney who advocated on my behalf and a thorough property inspector. While working with me, she was always available and responsive. She had excellent follow-through on all of my requests no matter what they were.
